Awful service from this company. The carpet hadn't been cut the right size so couldn't lay the carpet on the day it should have been laid. Was going to have to wait till next wk 4 them to come bk and lay the carpet. Left me with just the underlay and sharp grippers which my daughter cut her foot on. No one rang me at all to keep me informed on what was going on. Had to keep ringing them. Eventually got my stair carpet layered only to find that the fitters had totally ruined all the new paint work on my walls and stair bannis... read more
