Yes, they gave us a place to live when we were desperate. Yes they have helped with some minor issues. But on the whole, they've let us move into a mould infested house with broken windows and haven't done anything about it for months. We've been here nearly a year with our -1yr old steadily declining in health while they debate how long they can postpone us with a mould cleaning service. Leaving us without heating for nearly 1 month with a 1 year old and a new born in the property! We ring daily to be told the same thing over and over again “we will send someone out as an emergency” but when they do we get told they can’t fix it, it’s got to be someone else! The health visitor and midwife’s have both rang up for them to get told the same story! Iv been in and out of hospital with my children because of the property…from mould to no heating to even holes in the walls which where in the property when we moved ... read more
Absolutely disgusting what these have done to my dad with copd!!! They have made my dad get rid of his dog who he's had since he was a puppy!! All his children and grandchildren are absolutely devastated he's there family dog and my dad's companion dog and they have no care in the world at all!!!! Would never go with these in my life considering they help people out!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!
