Road bike, used mainly as an indoor (wheel-on) trainer, in desperate need of TLC (seized up brakes / damaged drivetrain). They took the bike & quoted me a price over the phone before commencing work (parts / fitting / full service). Bike was only with them a few days before getting a call to say it’s ready. Took advice on what was needed & these guys delivered - bike is as good as new (seriously it looks great ). Brilliant service l, took my road bike in at short notice and sorted it there and then. They wouldn't take any payment! Great to see local bike shops like this still exist.
10 Star Customer Service. I was on holiday and had a problem with my 12 speed cassette I called Wirral Bike shop they said they could sort it and to bring the bike in that morning I did and they immediately fixed the problem and offered professional advice on the head set adjustment. Restored my faith in great customer service Thanks
Not used it for my bike yet but I walked by the other day after taking my pram out from under the cobwebs to go on a nice walk with my toddler and realising the tyres needed some air and they happily filled them up and no charge which was kind. They even came out to do it so I didn't have tk struggle in with my massive pram and heavy toddler who felt like a king in his pram and didn't want to come out ( full year of no using pram) we then went on to enjoy our walk which was made easier with tyres fill of air. Thank you
Just visited to enquire about changing a rear sprocket and they did it free of charge for me there and then, what fantastic service, thank you.
