What a horrible place to eat! God luck on getting your order right or even getting your food. Asked for a manager and apparently that's a no no with the waiters. Never saw a manager and felt really uncomfortable after that.
El mesero en el bar trabaja muy bien y son muy amigables. Mi pasta estuvo buena en sabor pero los camarones estábamos sobre cocinados y muy pequeños y solo encontré 3 scallops. El rib eye de mi esposa es supuesta mente añejado por 21 días pero no tenia sabor ninguno ni tan siquiera de sal. Lo mejor fue el aperitivo de jerck Nachos pero lo único más fue que llego luego de la cena.

Tonight we had just an awful experience at Wintzell's in Fairhope. We were so excited to take a friend from Canada there, as the location in Saraland is AMAZING, and we've been to that location several times. Fairhope was not busy at all, and the service was deplorable. Our apps came with dinner, not before...I had to go and get tarter sauce myself as our waitress didn't bring it when asked, and our drinks went empty as our waitress didn't return to our table to ask if we needed anything. Fultondale AL Location: We sat at the bar because they were swamped. We weren't there to drink; we were there to eat. We had my both of my daughters with us at the bar area and were asked to leave because "children" can't be at the bar per state law. This after being told by the hostesses that the bar would serve us (to eat). Never again at this location.
Bacon wrapped scallops are too salty The Oysters were great
LOVE LOVE love everything about Wintzell's .... always the freshest and best seafood in town.. oysters are my pleasure!!!! service is FABULOUS!!!
