Great atmosphere and food was delish. We both had a cup of gumbo which had a good rich roux. I had the blackened shrimp salad , shrimp were very small but taste was excellent. My husband had oyster Beinville which were delish.

I have been going to Wintzell's for at least 30 years. In the last month I've been there six times and had the pleasure of meeting Ms Haddy. She is the best oyster shucker I have seen in a long time. And the best raw oysters.
The staff was great. Our server treated us like we were her life long friend. The food was Amazing!!!
Family vacation, this was a 1/2 way stop on our drive. Oh my, the waitress, Pinkie!!!! She made it so fun and then the food was wonderful! On our way home from vacation we made sure to stop again. The waitress and food was great again!!!! I love oysters, had fried oysters both visits with their onion rings!!!! And to top it off......their bread pudding is the BEST!!!!
