We went two nights in row. The first night we sat at the bar and had a cranky bartender as our server. Food took awhile to get to us but once it was there it was AMAZING! I ordered the blacken chicken Alfredo and my partner in crime had the oysters on a half shell. According to him they had the best oysters on a half shell out of the three places we were at during this trip. The next night we did sit at a table but we never saw our waitress so we ordered drinks from a waitress at another section. Even though she was not at o... read more

So glad they have good catfish from Miss & Ala. it was very good. Sad, nice restaurant would serve Swai, raised in sewage infested water in Vietnam / Orient --processed in China. It will make u sick--been there with myself, family & friends. But put a cheap fresh water fish on menu, especially seafood platter when it's not seafood is deceiving. Now calling it Panko?? Really.

One of our favorite restaurants! The Carnival Oysters and West Indes Salad were excellent!

Dinner last week, Party of 4. Quick seating, dining room not busy. Waitress not awful just indifferent. Low country boil pretty good - 1 container of butter At the bottom of the bowl Under the food); shrimp & grits pitiful...shrimp the size of quarters; catfish dinner pretty good/at least the French fries were tasty; red beans and rice very dry - kept having to add salt/hot sauce to give it some taste. Spent $75.00 for a less than memorable meal.

I ordered the sampler of the oysters, which included 4 of each kind that they had. ($23) They were ALL supposed to be grilled....they were raw....tasted as If they were possibly cooked in a microwave just long enough to melt the cheese....

Holed up in Downtown historic Mobile while Irma destroyed my Florida home. Great atmosphere, excellent red snapper and great sweet-tea. Gave us some time to forget about the storm and decompress a little bit.
