I have been going to the Winter Haven hospital Blood Bank since I was a teenager so that means over 40 years! Their staff has always been pleasant to work with and their phlebotomists know what they’re doing. They’ve made many improvements over the years and I love how they decorate for the different holidays. The T-shirts and note pads are nice too. I will keep donating as long as I’m able - help save a life!
Worst place on planet Earth been in the emergency from 5 pm and it's 7:49pm and still haven't seen a doctor if you're dying stay home take my advice or drive to LRMC.. Wish there was a -1 star..
I have been donating blood and now platelets in the Winter Haven Blood Bank for about 3 years now. I feel like the fine staff that work their make me feel comfortable and really like family. It takes almost 2 hours to donate platelets which I try to do every 2 weeks. The professionals there are tuned into my concerns for safe and effective donation and do everything possible to put me at ease and make the experience as comfortable as possible. i am so grateful for their support to give back what I am able to contribute thank... read more
These people are a sad excuse for medical professionals! I can not even begin to describe the poor quality of care that was given in this ER! Avoid it!!! Run!!! Don’t let them get there hands on your loved ones! Mine has been here for 8 hours. Rarely checked on and sedated with pain meds until the could transfer to a real hospital. Asked for a blanket waited 20 minutes. Had to ask again. Asked for help to the bathroom had to wait another 20 minutes for that help.
