Checked my 4 year old son in at 3:26 pm he had a gash in his head and bleeding EVERYWHERE. Made me wait 30 mins for them too do vitals then at 5:12 pm decided too leave and take him too bartow hospital. Ill never go back here or recommend anyone go here!!
The entire staff at Winter Haven Community Blood Bank are always cheerful and appreciative of donors. They make you feel welcome and like family. Georgia, Mary, Maxine, Mike, Jeanette, and Janet know most of the donors and welcome them with smiles. New donors are welcome and made comfortable, leaving with a desire to donate again. Keep up the great work.
Came to the hospital was admitted in a room, and did all my lab work. now I’m waiting on a check out room for my resualts??? Not to mention I’m not in my own privacy I have to wait here out in the open with a IV in my arm! Very upset
This is the worst and slowest hospital I have ever been to. It's been 4 hours and we are still in the waiting room. We came with a doctor's referral and told them my 72 year old mother was having chest pain. I watched 4 people flip on the front desk people because of having to wait so long. Lakeland Regional is 10000000 times better. If you want to die before being seen come here.
This is the worst hospital Ever doctor was a complete jerk and spoke with hospital head nurse and she was just as rude some way to Treat patients
Could write a book. But it would fall on death ears. New building same poor service.
