RecommendedWe’ve made our first trip to WHH this weekend & have been extremely impressed!! The nurses, doctors, staff members have been excellent. On top of everything, regular check ins for vitals and making sure everyone is comfortable, great attitudes, polite, respectful, helpful, happy and explained and listened very well. The hospital is clean, clear charts, explained shift changes. I’ve never been to a hospital that functioned this well. Never have I seen so many helpful and kind nurses. Keep up the good work & THANK YOU!!!!
If I could give this Er a negative 5 stars I would. Sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours currently, they have no beds available, the staff is rude and my husband who is having chest pains, shortness of breath, coughing up a lung with chills is still sitting here in the Er not being seen by a doctor. Instead they came out just now to take him for a chest X-ray and bringing him back to the waiting room. Don't come here even if your life depends on it. Bed side manners missing. NO COMPASION. Seems all the care about is how much $$$$$ can we suck from this one. AND they don't bother to read your records you bring with you. Scary place, feel sorry for those who have no other hospital near them, beside Lake Wales and that place is no better. U wonder if you will get out alive.👎👎👎🙏🙏🙏🙏 God Help us!
Other than the gentleman nurse that was the worst treatment I have ever experienced in a hospital.
