ive heard alot of stories about winter haven hospital but my whole mind set changed after yesterday. Unorganized‼️ no communication between nurses/physicians ‼️ MOSTLY ENTITLED NURSE PRACTITIONERS WHO ARE JUST READY FOR THEIR SHIFT TO END. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

This hospital is the worst. No communication at all!!! My mom is been here since Tuesday bacause she have a compressed fracture in her back. keep calling to see how she is doing when I am at work asked the nurse to please to call me back when she sees my mom dont even bother to do so!!! I call for her lunch 20 minutes ago still waiting!!! unacceptable when she is not even able to moved from bed!!
