I have just started a support package for a young lady who is fully blind. Her bathroom, bedroom and washing machine are all covered in black mould. The support worker is supposed to be her eyes. Winserve were doing this support package for 2 years, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. How was this mould just left to grow? It's clearly been growing a long time, and just left. Mould can kill if not treated, I find it appalling that it has been left. I've worked in care for 20years and never seen such neglect.

We had the pleasure of being visited by the Leeds team of this service. Absolutely amazing carers. They made the end of my dad's life so comfortable and full of joy. They really helped to take the load off my mum and me with my dad's care, and helped him to feel clean, happy and more human and he loved them coming in to visit him. My mum has to go and meet these women in the house in my home and she is going to write notes and sign forms without any of our permission you disgust me to meet a stranger of pa. I'm not here to cause upset, drama, trouble or anything and I'm not here to slander or try to spitefully tarnish a reputation here... I respect that minimum wage/national living wage especially now more than ever before is crucial and important but at least £800 or something like that for 1 whole day is eye watering and shocking.
