So glad I am not a patient at this surgery, I phoned with a query and the receptionist was extremely rude, please read your reviews and take feedback onboard, I would never use this surgery for any service in future. I had used the service previously for a back problem after a referral.
I have just joined this practice having been so let down and disappointed with Fountain practice. I have nothing but praise so far, the staff are lovely, so polite and helpful. The transition was smooth and so far all the services have been faultless
Unfortunately it is getting worse and worse recently. The receptionists are extremely rusde, particularly the late service ones at Morley hub. I have booked an appointment today with the lady doctor, checked in on screen and sat down. 40 min. Later I’m still here, no one told you to check at the desk and when I finally did, was told to go upstairs. Now it’s 50 minutes since the appointment and I am not seen.
went to this doctors on Saturday and saw the advance practitioner nurse she told me my son had chickenpox i was meant to be going away 2 days after this appointment as she said he had chickenpox i had to inform the holiday place anyway was told we could not go we lost £1000 because of this but I did not mind as my son had chickenpox nothing could be done untill he woke up the next morning not a mark on him so basically was a rash and the nurse diagnosed him incorrectly i am not happy at all how can a nurse not know the diffe... read more
