Maintenance requests were rarely needed but always fulfilled in a timely manner. I always felt safe and secure in the apartment complex and the pool and gym were kept clean and inviting. 10/10

Verified Renter Windsor at West U is horrible. They had an amazing manager and she moved. After that, everything went downhill. No care in property or tenants. They don’t give a rip about you and don’t help. We have had more issues here than the average person should endure.
