Verified Renter Windsor West U is a great property to reside at, especially considering the value and overall experience. The location is perfect and in a great area of the city of Houston. The property is surrounded by great restaurants and amenities and is right off US-59. Management is very kind and responsive, especially Amy. I recently renewed my lease for another 12 months and the process was very simple. The property has great amenities and the community is a great vibe.
Verified Renter Work orders were stated completed, but were NOT. I did not receive any information as to why it was stated completed or why it was not fixed. The work orders were ignored. This a reoccurring issue even after I have informed the front office about the situation.

Verified Renter I’m a health care provider and I feel so unsafe right now. The apartment is overpriced but I was thinking it’s worth it because I was looking for a safe place. However, after four cars were robbed of all four tires. Seriously, I’m thinking to cancel my lease and go somewhere else since there’s no safety here and we pay a lot for no reason. I just moved in and I’m sooooooo disappointed

Maintenance requests were rarely needed but always fulfilled in a timely manner. I always felt safe and secure in the apartment complex and the pool and gym were kept clean and inviting. 10/10
