Verified Renter Windsor is a great place to live. Management and maintenance are extremely helpful and friendly. For this maintenance request, the team member (unfortunately I cannot remember his name, but it was someone who recently transferred from the midtown location) was fast, polite, and even resolved a second issue not mentioned in my initial request.

But the property manager, leasing office staff, and maintenance team are dreamy! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a clean, cozy, well-maintained and managed apartment in such a safe and convenient neighborhood!

Verified Renter Maintenance request is always responded very quickly. The staff has high professionalism and dose perfect job. When I requested fixation of minor toilet flush leakage, the staff immediately replaced a leaking water pump to a usable one, and kindly promised to replace it to a new one when it is delivered. Surprisingly, he did not accept tipping for this great service! I believe the maintenance staff is one of the best advantages in this apartment.

Christian, one of the maintenance staff persons, is very polite, has good customer service, and is knowledgeable of his work. He can be trusted to return to finish any job, if necessary. The property is monitored and well kept by management, and I enjoy the nice periodic treats offered to residents. Spacious residences also! Windsor at West University is a nice place to call home.
