Verified Renter A maintenance request was placed due to a broken washing machine on the day of move-in. Multiple calls had to be made in order to reach the maintenance department. The answering service on the phone was very unhelpful. Eventually, I had to go in person twice to request that the defective washing machine be fixed. Leasing office was very helpful once I went in person and the problem was fixed the same day. The quality of the repair work was very good, the machine now works without any further problems.

Poor Quality of Life If you value the right to quiet enjoyment, this is not the place for you. I hear constant running and jumping, and loud music blaring in the apartment above me. It wakes me up and prevents me from falling asleep. I find it difficult to concentrate, or ever feel at peace. My plates and glasses move from the reverberations and water shakes from all of the activities going on above me. I am disappointed management has not taken any meaningful measures to address this situation to date.
