Verified Renter I have been a resident for about a month and have thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and shared spaces Windsor offers. It is a wonderful place to live! The apartment interior is also beautiful and the lighting is great.

Verified Renter A maintenance request was placed due to a broken washing machine on the day of move-in. Multiple calls had to be made in order to reach the maintenance department. The answering service on the phone was very unhelpful. Eventually, I had to go in person twice to request that the defective washing machine be fixed. Leasing office was very helpful once I went in person and the problem was fixed the same day. The quality of the repair work was very good, the machine now works without any further problems.
