Verified Renter I've lived in the community for about 8 months. The experience has been mostly ok, but not what I had expected in an apartment at this price-point. There is a serious safety issue, with several overnight auto break-ins, and a couple of tire/wheel thefts featuring multiple vehicles each time. The common areas, especially the hallways, doorways and trash rooms, are filthy.

They both work extremely hard to keep place running very smoothly and very clean. Residents are extremely happy. Verified Renter I really enjoy living at Windsor West University. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and takes care of matters very quickly. The complex has great amenities as well.
Verified Renter Windsor maintenance team is always courteous, capable in 1 visit to complete most requests, concern for resident satisfaction and overall service focused. Finally, the stability of the team is comforting since they are familiar ‘faces’ around the property and they are courteous Always!
Verified Renter Don’t expect maintenance to “complete” your work order anytime soon. After a few days they will “complete” your work order online and you will receive an email that it is completed, but will not actually be completed. Then you have to go to the front office to confront the situation and then the maintenance will walk with you to your apartment to finalize the completion of the work order.
