I have bought 10 pairs of wipers from here. Always Bosch Aerotwins (dont get any other). Fast delivery great price and fit them myself. Garages charge 50+ Quid to change and put the cheap ones on. Good business. One of my regulars.
Ordered a rear wiper and sent the correct box with a completely wrong wiper in. The returns policy states that if the packaging is damaged on return you will be charged £10, more than I paid for the wiper. Add in the cost if returning the item in bulky packaging to try and protect it and its safer to just write my cash off on the mis-sold item. Not happy, I'd advise go to a shop, at least you can return it yourself and even look at v the item before purchase. Fast delivery though. They replaced the wiper free and didn't want... read more
