I have been visting the surgery for the last 6 years having moved to the area. I haven’t had any issues and have found everyone very friendly and there is a genuine wish to help. Due to my age I have made use of quite a few services and couldn’t be more positive about my experiences

I was really nervous about my appointment. I chose to go first thing on a Monday morning 7.15am. Easy electronic service to check in. They were on time. It was a clean and spacious waiting area. A special thankyou to Danae Lawrence. She was fantastic at putting me at ease. Very kind and professional, chatty and I felt I could relax. She reassured me throughout my appointment and the process after. An absolute credit to the NHS.

I phoned today at 1.30pm after seeing the pharmacist in boots who said I needed to see my GP with a swollen lump on my breast. I rang at 1.48pm and the receptionist said ring back tomorrow. Then when I tried to explain the receptionist said can't hear you, can't hear you. Abysmal treatment by Windrush Surgery of a lady with a lump in her breast!!
