Despite many of the other reviews on this GPs I have to disagree, ever since I started being looked after by Windrush I’ve never had so much faith in the NHS. I feel safe, heard and understood by everyone in that building. They take care of all of their patients to the very best of their ability. The online booking features, the staff, the wonderful nurses and doctors are all absolutely impeccable. Don’t judge a place based on a single bad experience or bad apple.
I really can't express the how rude some receptionists are ... it doesn't hurt to acknowledge and be courteous, after all we come to the surgery because we are unwell so a bit of compassion would help .... The doctor was lovely
So Wayne and Alisha more than make up for the low rating. If you havnt GOT to see a Dr definitely see either of these nurses. Top people both of them
I have been visting the surgery for the last 6 years having moved to the area. I haven’t had any issues and have found everyone very friendly and there is a genuine wish to help. Due to my age I have made use of quite a few services and couldn’t be more positive about my experiences
