I had a window that had a little trouble. I called and got contacted right away by Scott (The owner). He came and determined it was a factory error and put an order in for new windows. I would have had the new windows within a week, but I put it off until it was nicer weather. If you are looking for new windows, this is a good and reasonable company. They stand behind their work. I will probably call again the next time I decide to change out a window. Thanks for the great work.
I was recently a return customer for Window world. 6 years ago I bought some new windows and I just love the way they look and operate, so I let them put a new back door on my house. Owning a brick home is wonderful but when you can kick in the back door, not so good. I was very happy with the outcome, Dennis did a wonderful job. I will continue to use Window world of Rockford for my continuing upgrades to my sanctuary. Thank you Window World, and God bless us all!

We got our new front window installed today. Window World's crew was really impressive. They were friendly, courteous, and very skilled!! They finished the job in half the quoted time and cleaned up throughout the process. Our window looks great. So happy. Thank you to the best window guys in town.
I have been meaning to get on here and give you a review for a few months now. I just want to say thank you. We love our new windows - we had 17 replaced and they are all fab. Your installers were friendly and fast (only took 2 days) and were very careful about carpeting and such. Their caulking skills are excellent! We priced a bunch of different places and you also had the overall best price. So thank you Window World for a job well done. Happy Customer here.
