We love our new door! We put off replacing this door because it’s a custom size & the big box stores made it sound like that would be a big deal. When selling our house, we knew we had to replace so we called Window World. Measurements taken, door delivered and installed ahead of schedule! Installers were professional and pleasant. Awesome crew did our windows yesterday. They worked hard and completed the job even in the cold temperatures we had yesterday. The windows look great! Complete cleanup before they left. Thank you! Thank you to Jeff for your good advice and guidance in choosing the windows and to the rest of the team who kept us up to date and helped with scheduling the install. Got the windows for the porch through them, they said would take 4-6 weeks and had the rush order for them. Didn’t get them in until 9.5 weeks later then they come to put them in and the windows are to big. Mind you they measured at least 3 times. Ok so now I had to wait an addition 2 WEEKS until THEY were able to fix the problem. Which I think should not have taken two weeks because they should have come back right away to correct the issue. Window World did an outstanding job installing our basement egress window. it looks fantastic, especially with the stone look in the window well. Everything was done as promised, and on time. Our salesman Giovanni was great, very attentive, knowledgeable, always showed up when he said he would, and made sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Glad we chose such an excellent company!

We were happy from start to finish. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. The installation team was very prompt and informative they removed our garden window and put in a slider . You couldnt even tell they had been there. They cleaned up inside and out, and informed us on the maintenance and care of the window. We highly recommend Window World.
