Had a picture window that was rotting replaced(3 windows framed into one)...came right out when I called for an estimate..window arrived on time..had some issue with caulking and a dent in the trim..when I called, they addressed it right away and came out to fix the issue...communication was great and they were very responsive. Window is nice and so far so good...I would consider using them again
Appointment was set to have an estimate for an egress window. We received a call saying he needed to come at a differenttime due to needing to pick up his son. We said no problem, come when you can. He nevercame so we did not receive an estimate.
First when they came to install the windows 1 of the windows was the wrong size and the other was the wrong style . Fast forward 6 week later. Called set up the appointment window frame 1 to 3.pm. They called at 3:20pm saying they can’t make it. Really ! Appointment today 8:30. At 8:45 no show . Called company will be there at 12:00. When they did show today 1 of the window was still the wrong size !!!!! Plus they trampled the plants flat in front of the window ! They have no respect for people’s property ! My husband and I had our house siding, gutters, soffits and fascia all replaced last summer. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the products as well as the detail to installation. My husband and I are both perfectionists and Window World exceeded our expectations. horrible cheap windows we had water pouring In our home under the window that pushed out our drywall that had black mold. They tried telling us it was from our soffit trying to get out of replacing it, The owner and installer came to replace the window making snarky comments and treating my husband with no respect.
The staff was very professional. The 4 windows arrived at the expected time and the installers came out the following week as promised. The crew arrived on time, was friendly, worked efficiently, and finished sooner than expected. And I did not have to clean up afterwards!!! I will be slowly replacing all my rotting wood frame expensive Pella windows and regret not choosing Window World from the beginning when we had the house built. My windows look fabulous and I’m very satisfied!
As you all know we had a winter blizzard last night and my windows were scheduled to be installed this morning. I was worried that it wasn't going to happen because of the weather. I was very wrong, they showed up, they did their job, cleaned up, and left! You can't even tell they were here, other than to look at the beautiful new windows that I have! I am very pleased! 10 out 10!
the guys were wonderful that came here they got busy right away they were very polite professional very clean it was really wonderful to have them here they were done in a very short time and I love my windows the best crew ever
