Window World of Rockford replaced my siding and did a fantastic job. Everything from the sales process (including design ideas), installation and professionalism were top notch. Jeff came up with a shaker shingle design for my garage that nobody else even mentioned and it made the job. If you are looking at purchasing new siding for your home I would highly recommend Window World of Rockford.

After waiting for 8 weeks for his replacement windows. the crew arrived with the wrong sized windows. The crew attempted to contact the owners, but THEY WERE AT A MEETING. So the received no direction instruction or support . Left on their own they returned to whatever after telling him, sorry not today. In 3 weeks, perhaps the job will get done. I love the service I got from window world Tony was great and the crew that did the installation was a husband and wife and son team they were excellent I didn't have to clean Anything they took very good care of me and the workmanship is above and beyond I will be getting more Windows soon and I want the same crew Thank you Window World Rosa Salazar
It was a good experience 8 years ago and it was a great followup warranty repair last Wednesday. Called and told them if problem and the new upper windows were replaced at no cost to me. I call that a warranty you can trust. Th serviceman who performed the replacement repair was very professional and courteous and offered service support for any other problems. Thank you for being a company that can be trusted.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! Tony did an excellent job of explaining all of our options and making sure we understood the entire process of what would come once our decision was made. The crew just left after replacing 18 windows in a 100 yr old farm house. Fantastic crew - Joey and crew did a great job!!!
