This was the second project that we had Window World do for us and we’ll be using them again when we replace the final round of windows on our older home. High quality windows. Courteous staff that work quickly, complete an aesthetically pleasing install and clean up when they go. Price is in line with other vendors, if not slightly less expensive. All in all, a great choice to do business with.
I was highly pleased with the product and the professionalism of the installers. I had windows, siding and gutters installed. Window World did an outstanding job from the salesman, the office and through the final installation of all the products.
Window World of Indianapolis came out to my house and installed 11 windows and they showed up about 9 AM and by 3 PM they were all done. I can’t believe how quick and efficient they work and how good of a job they did in such a short time. I will definitely be using them the next time I need new windows installed.
This is a review on their sales process; I have not yet purchased from anyone yet. Their salesman was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and did not play any of the traditional games. None of this "you and your wife have to be present" or "this is the one year price, the one month price, and the today price" games (honestly, if you can afford to sell me the windows at the today price, you can sell me the same windows in a week for the same price.)
