Service was effective, quick and friendly. They stood behind their products as they promised they would.
Great service, and the quality of our windows
The girl who answers the phone is rude, the salesman showed up 5 minutes early the first visit and was very nice. Then, he didn't answer his phone or return calls until more than 24 hours later. Was late when he came here the second time. Told us it would take 3-4 weeks for windows to be ordered and to come in, it took 6-8. The installers were excellent. Windows are nice and work well.

Very quick and clean up was awesome
I purchased glass block windows to be installed at one of my properties from Window World (WW). I asked if it was done by them or sub contracted and was told it was done by them. I gave them a check for 50% and was told install would be taken care of via a call to me. That call never came, so I called them after 30 days.
