Backstory: We were originally only going to replace a few windows and a patio door at the end of 2019. Shopping around we found Window World of Indianapolis. Very impressed by the quality, price and Limited Lifetime Warranty, we decided to replace every window in the house. Scheduled a 2 day install for the 3rd week of December. We went with a larger patio door so we had to have another contractor remove old door and open up the frame. I checked reviews before we signed a contract so I was prepared for the long wait. I was a bit concerned that we would even get our window since it took so long for our down payment to clear. However, I appreciated them not taking our money until they were ready to schedule installation. First scheduled date they called DAY OF to say the installers were running behind and needed to reschedule. My husband had cleared his schedule but fortunately hadn’t taken a vacation day. I gave them thousands of dollars in June for siding to be installed in September. I had no further communication from them. I called my sales rep on Aug 31 to find out when I should expect them over the next month (so I could work around the install while making other personal plans during the month). He didn't remember who I was, and hastily told me to call the Indianapolis office and ask for Scott (that's all, no last name). We had our sliding glass door installed September 10, 2014. It has been six years and the door works wonderfully. We had an incident with a part, the outside handle and the company immediately ameliorated, fixed the problem-no questions asked. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
