Guys did a fantastic job, had windows installed and they wrapped the rest of my windows that they installed a few years back, dont hesitate, get them wrapped!!! They were in time, fast and cleaned up flawlessly!!Thank You!!!
Horrible experience with window world in ******************. I bought a brand new home that no one had lived in and ALL the screens were installed with holes near the framing. Window world said they were doing me a favor by re-screening them for free even though I paid a 50 dollar transfer fee to put the windows in my name. I received them back and the screens were knit so tight that the actual frame was bent and no longer clasped in the window, therefore they were unusable. Contacted Window World to get some parts for one of their broken windows I had at a rental. ******* had ****** some pins and locks. Walked into their store and ***** greeted me, I showed him some pictures, and he got me what I needed, felt good to have a company backing their product!
They were on time, friendly, hardworking, quick and the widows look great.
I really like the way Window World does business with the no hassle price, which I felt wasa very fair price. Our sales rep, *** ******* did a great job explaining everything to us and continuing to be available to answer our questions along the way.The crew arrived on time and did a great job installing our windows. They also did a great job cleaning up after installation was done.I would highly recommend Window World. We absolutely love our new windows!
