Recently had a small problem with one of my windows, which meant it wouldn’t lock. I’ve been really impressed by this company’s communication and efficiency. Mark was the chap that came out to us to make the repair,. He was very friendly and clearly someone who takes pride in his work.
Just to say a big thanks to Mark & Team. Needed a revisit on a previous fix on an old window & within no time & no quibble returned and fixed the issue. A lot to be said for this type of service would recommend anytime

Window was locked closed due to damaged lock. The WRT were fantastic , friendly and did an amazing repair at a very competitive price. Delighted we can finally open the window again , would highly recomend for all window work required.
