Sadly I chose the wrong company to change a single unit of failed glazing . First visit to fit didn't occur , a dubious reason eventually offered . Second planned visit to fit just never happened despite planning for it and waiting in and no phone call explaining any issues why the job couldn't be undertaken. Rang to ask why ...ansaphone. Personally, very poor service, with no justification or communication.
