I had a difficult issue to deal with on a window patio that didn't want to open anymore in a rental flat in Canary Wharf. Window maintenance service came and managed to have it opening again while doing the follow up and implementing a necessary bolt lock for the window patio to be locked again. Stay away from these guys. Utterly unprofessional.
Needed 3 misted units changed. I initially spoke with Chris who came round and measured up and we received our quote. Communication was via email once the windows were ready a fitter called Ricky turned and fitted our new glass. Excellent professional throughout I would totally recommend WMS will definitely be using these guys again.
BEWARE! Quoted for servicing my Tilt & Turn windows, explaining how long the job would take (four to five hours) and what would happen (windows removed, mechanisms reassembled). On that basis, I agreed to the price quoted. In the end they were three hours late in attending and the job took just over an hour and involved a lot, lot less work than was quoted for.
