I had to chase them to come and pay a visit, then part that was to be fitted arrived wrong size and I lost a day's pay. On another occasion when fitter was to arrive on Friday I was told he was sick, can not come. And 24hrs phone service never recorded my details in the 1st place. Time wasters. Use window geeks Derby instead.
