My name is Gary and I was referred to Ryan as a result of severe pains in my arm and he quickly established that it was stemming from a nerve in my neck. I'm having my third session with Ryan tomorrow morning during which he will determine if more sessions are required. The advice and exercises he has given to aid my recovery have been invaluable and I would highly recommend Windmill Physio Clinic for any physio related needs.

Attended Ryan for 3 months at the beginning of the year with foot and ankle,knee,and back problems. At initial assessment I found him friendly,approachable,professional and extremely knowledgeable. Over the course of time symptoms gradually improved with his exercises and massage to the lower and mid back. Continuing the exercises at home has resulted in further improvement. I went to Ryan because of pain in my arm and hand. He was quick to diagnose tennis elbow. I had 6 sessions with him over a few months. He devised a programme to help relieve the pain and strengthen my arm and hand. I followed the exercises he suggested I do at home. By the last session I was pain free. I wish I had gone to Ryan sooner!
Following a scan and injections in my lower back my spinal consultant recommended Physiotherapy. After six fortnightly sessions with Ryan my back pain has greatly improved and i am continuing with his recommended workouts. He understood my issues from the beginning and worked with me towards my goals.
