Horrible horrible horrible! If I could give zero stars I would!!! Never a return phone call and the one time they call me back I'm put on hold repeatedly. Went in to urgent care for follow up from hospital. Treated terribly by their new Nurse Practitioner from Brazil. Will not be returning! She had never seen me before and told me that I needed a psychologist because I was crying. I was worried sick because I thought something was really wrong. The walk in wait is quite long, but service is great by receptionist and nurse practitioners.
I have been receiving services from WMC for the past 2 years . I have been extremely pleased with their Professional Quality care . This was reinforced by the care I received the weekend of 9/10, 9/11 . I had an infection in my lungs to the point of having difficulty breathing. I went to the walk in service area . (It was Sat ). The medical team on duty were fantastic . They did everything that was needed to address my situation . Today I feel great and the infection is gone.
