they over charge on a lot things(like there covid19 test they charge $250 where other places have it for $119 same test). I went in to get blood work done and told i should do STD test since i didn't have to pay any thing more. Then I got a bill in the mail from Quest for the STD. Also i had to have some extra paper work that needed to be done which they told i just need to fill out my part and they would finish it on there end and send it to me later. I am so angry that I allowed Windermere Medical Center to do this. My daughter is having health issues and we needed some bloodwork. They insisted that, because she is 16, a pediatric in-person visit was required. It is their policy. I scheduled. Upon arrival, they insisted I sign a paper stating that we were being seen in person by choice. Without a signature, they wouldn’t see her. It’s their policy. I signed. Absolutely the best overall medical care anywhere in Florida! From the friendly receptionists to the medical staff, Dr. Patel, Stephanie, Nicole and of course Dr. Justin, their amazing chiropractor. Their walk in clinic is reasonably priced and the wait is usually not that bad. I would never go anywhere else.
The staff is excellent. Many kind people who are great at their jobs and very respectful towards each other and their patients. This group of people really do care about the experience that each and every one of us have when we walk through the door.
As always Stephanie is very considerate and thorough.

Everyone on the staff was so nice! I utilized the walk-in clinic prior to my first appointment. It was a smooth experience!
Doctor Patel was an absolute joy to be around! He took so much extra personal time with my wife and I to make sure everything got taken care of. It's easy to tell he loves his job and his patients!
