Best doctor, best nurses and staff..just love them !!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Patel and his staff. This is the first time I felt I WASN'T being rushed from a doctors office. Dr. Patel took his time to answers all my question and was able to explain everything to me very thoroughly (he even drew out what he was explaining to me). I could tell from the personal attention he gave me that he genuinely cares about my overall well-being. Their website states "urgent care " service but when we visited today, we were told that there is no such service and we were charged "specialized rates". They should not mislead the patients and remove "urgent care" from the website immediately.
Dr. Patel is the best. He reminds me of the family physician who used to come to my home when I was a sick child back in the early 1950s. Great "bedside manner" and very effective.
Dr. Patel and Nicole provide nothing but exceptional service. There is never a time where I walk in and am not greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. Personally being someone who works late, the office hours are extremely helpful around my schedule! A few weeks ago Dr. Patel offered to wait after I was out of work after 9pm on a Friday to review lab results.
