Great service excellent doctors and staff.
Even though you have good insurance (PPO), their "policy" is to charge you a doctor's fee of $140. Then, once they bill your insurance and your insurance processes the claim and pays them, then Windermere Medical Center will begin the process to reimburse you! So you won't see your money for at least 1 month (if you are lucky). I have never been to a doctor's office that does this. It is ridiculous.
Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors I have visited in a very long time. He spends time with you and makes you feel welcomed and not rushed. The staff are all very friendly, attentive and professional. If you choose to come here you will be very happy with the services provided. I am very happy that I found this office and couldn't be happier with my experience ever since I walked in the door! Thanks Dr.Patel!
