I've continued going to this clinic for primary care since they opened 4 years ago. I have seen Dr. Patel, Ezequiel ARNP, but mostly Stephanie and Nicole ARNPs for my care and everyone I've encountered here has not only provided me with top-notch medical care but compassionate care. I have not always had positive experiences at medical clinics. They closed down their office and never once tried to call or email anyone to let them know their appointments would need to be rescheduled. I showed up to an empty building after a 45 minute drive. They claim it was due to phones and internet being down due to weather but does no one own a cell phone that works there?! Never seen a medical/chiro office that leaves patients hanging like that in my life!
I have been going to this facility for several months now....I have never encountered anesd that courteous, professional,caring staff and drs. I moved from the area and moved about 40 min away...stll make the drive....more than worth it.
We are fortunate to have such a facility so close to home. Our daughter doesn't like hospitals so when she fell and landed on her elbow, we wanted to take her someplace quick so that she could be evaluated and have her X-rays taken right then and there. Windermere Medical Center proved to be the best choice. We were extremely satisfied with your caregivers. They were sensitive to our daughter's fears and explained everything clearly and thoroughly.
