Worst practice I’ve had to deal with in a LONG time Was referred here for a gynaecologist appointment, was given a male doctor, as a woman I should be asked by a healthcare professional if I would like to see a male or female doctor PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT, so unprofessional I was then seen by a female doctor by pure luck as she had a cancellation when I was at the practice. From booking one day before via the NHS app and reception staff to seeing Dr Takla today for my appointment. She was very professional and very helpful and reassuring .
For a GP practice this is certainly one of the more organised ones with friendly reception staff (a rarity) and very knowledgeable GPs. The wait time is quite long
