I visited Winchester Physio and Health after major knee surgery. Sophie was brilliant from the outset, she was consultative in her approach and asked me what would motivate me most to ensure I had the best chance of recovery. Winchester Physio and Health have access to excellent data and tracking technology which helped track my progress against strength building goals week on week. I’ve now returned to full fitness - thank you Winchester Physio and Health!
Sabrina is an excellent physio! Within just one session my pain eased noticeably. She explained everything clearly and gave me practical advice and exercises to manage it at home. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. A great experience - highly recommend.
