I train regularly with a mix of weight training, running, and Hyrox sessions. Recently, I experienced extreme tightness in my calf muscles, despite stretching regularly. Really helpfull
This was my first time visiting a physio, for a small knee injury. I found the clinic online and saw Sabrina. She was really helpful and recommended exercises that I would have to do 3 times a week, my knee healed after about two months. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend her
Sabrina is excellent; practical, pragmatic, challenging and positive. Kitty is fab at the front desk too!
I’ve been training hard for an ultra marathon at the end of the summer with the aim of arriving at the start line in the best possible shape. I started seeing Jack 5 months ago and have visited most weeks since to help manage some niggling hip, glute and hamstring pain. Jack quickly identified the issues, treated these each week in our sessions and provided specific exercises to do at home.
