I am sitting in the ER right now. They have managed to lose my license and my insurance card. They keep insisting that I did not had them to a nurse and they now have to check the video feed to see who lost them. The NP came in, talked to me for 30 seconds, said she needed to answer a phone call and she be right back.That was a while ago. She never came back. I'm pretty sure I'll never be back

Nurses from day surgery are some of the amazing and caring people I have ever met.
Impossible to get ahold of anyone in billing. Multiple attempts and no one ever picks up. Try to speak with a human at the hospital and they keep passing me off to the same phone number that just keeps you on hold 30+ minutes and never answers. All I want to do is pay my bill and they make it this complicated.
I had a great experience last night in the ER with my daughter. This was our first trip there.Everyone involved in my daughter 's care were professional, compassionate and showed good clinical judgement. Thank you!
The Medical care has always been excellent. The Financial/Billing Office, however, provides abysmal customer service. It is very difficult to reach anyone via phone, they never return calls and if, by some chance the stars align, and you get through and they promise to research a bill and get back to you, they never do. Also they don’t respond to complaints made through their website, either.
