RecommendedGreat hospital, never felt unattended. Staff was very helpful and attentive. I was always offered options and explained things in detail before I even asked. My daughter needed to sleep under the lights and I was able to have her in my room with all the lamp machine. Overall, I will prefer this hospital once again and highly recommend.
Awful hospital. Staff dishonest and quick to blame existing mental health conditions instead of being honest that they have no bloody clue as to what is going on. Admitted countless times throughout my pregnancy with a number of issues. Was not listened to and in the end begged to have baby out early as I knew something wasn’t right. I’ve tried to like this hospital and facilities that are affiliated with it. I just can’t, the oncologist I went to through them has been an absolute nightmare. I am 3 years behind on after care after a cancer surgery. I was recommended by my obgyn to see this oncologist. They didn’t listen, the nurse who saw me prior read my paper work and then asked me questions that were insensitive to my case. I just spent 10 days and my wife spent 4 with COVID19 and Pneumonia at Winchester Hospital. We received great care during this very scary time. Thank you to all the nurses, doctors and support staff that took care of us. We appreciate everything that you did to heal us and comfort us. We will never forget all of you!!❤️

My 1 year old needed lab work, we’ve had a traumatic experience in the past and she’s a very difficult stick. I called the lab ahead of time to let them know this. Donna the manager called me right back, we established a plan and made an appt. In we went today and I can’t thank the lab staff enough. Donna greeted us, she had bubbles and rattles for distraction.
