RecommendedMy daughter recently spent 3 days in the children’s unit for her asthma and pneumonia right before Christmas. Not only did she receive top notch care from the children’s ER, but also from the children’s ward, who made her feel more than at home. The minute she got there, they let her pick out a gift and feel as at home as she possibly could despite the situation she was in. I was so happy with the care she received and the diligent attention shown towards us. Thank you for all that you do!
My daughter would have died if we hadn’t went in to Reid. When the ambulance took her to Winchester they brought her in an we’re told to take her in to the wait room they were busy WHAT she was screaming in pain what there not going to give a quick assignment to make sure it wasn’t a life or death situation Amber told the EMTS take me to Reid got her there and they were scrambling her blood pressure was 40/60 she was bleeding internally within 15 minutes she was in surgery we were told they just about lost here had we stayed... read more

Anything under Lahey is awful. My mother was discharged from Winchester hospital with the SAME SYMPTOMS she went to the hospital with. Not even THREE days later she’s back to the emergency room. One doctor tells her pancreatitis, another one says it’s not.
More training and a working MRI Learn the law about HIPPA and Informed Consent. Have an appropriate staffing level and treat staff and patients with dignity. Perhaps jcaho accreditation needs reconsideration or a review by the Board of Medicine.
I fell sat morning and was brought to the ED by Woburn Fire. the staff was excellent, explaining everything. They were kind and gentle. I ended up getting admitted to B3, whose staff was awesome!
This Hospital is the best! The people who work here give it their all! From the moment I am greeted at the front desk to the moment I leave, I feel like they were all waiting just for me. I get seen quickly, I am treated with such care by such highly trained professionals and my results come in quickly. I will never go elsewhere! Thank you all for being so great!
Took my son who had already been diagnosed with croup, after a steriod he was still having a hard time breathing, dr came in tried to listen to him and told us if he dosnt calm down she can’t hear he correctly which is understandable but he is 3 years old and have 104 temp for days .. she left the room didn’t come back for hours we had to ask someone to please come check on us.
