This is ridiculous!! My daughter had surgery 2 days ago and was in very pain, throwing up! And you expected us to wait more than 4 or 5 hours waiting to be seen? Wth? Very ridiculous!!
I have never seen such ignorance toward a child in my life at a hospital. I have been faithfully taking my children here for over 20 years. Your Emergency Room greeter clearly hates his job. Emergency Reception purposely mispronounced my daughter's name after she was corrected 4 times.
