As a former employee of 12 years WH is our go-to-hospital always. Many visits, surgeries and my family has always been treated well by the staff who mattered, ie the md's and rn's. The front desk people not so much but that's how it is at every hospital. I know work at big Boston Hospital and still feel WH is by far the best. Now if they would only hire me back as I have applied to numerous positions and not even a response. I had an outstanding work history and feel sad that they don't want me back.

I went to the ER they were great and very good. I saw a PA (Allison Robbins) she was very good and did a great job at put my thumb back together with most of the top knuckle up fresh was almost cut off. Thanks so much. What is disappointing is the discharge paper on how to care of it afterwards seem like a form letter how it contradicts itself in one part it said use bacitracin once a day then on another page it says 2 to 3 times a day. The lady that did my X-rays was Awesome! She was sweet, funny and just great at her job..i think her name was Sandra she worked Mon June 12th about 7pm...if that's not her name find out who it was and give her a raise...she mad w me laugh in spite of the pain

I just wanted give a BIG thank you with all my heart to all the staff this past week. I was pretty nervous with an emergency gallbladder removal and everyone was just amazing and caring. Even the ambulance drivers who took me back and forth to unicorn park for MRI AND the staff there was so caring and awesome as well. I couldn't tell you how much it meant to have people like this around when your scared and worried. Thank you ALL again!! 💓💕💓
