Went in for self harm that clearly needed stitches or at least steri strips waited 5 hours to see a doctor wile I was STILL bleeding. Doctor gave me a shot and sent me home. Glanced at the 20 or more wounds on me if that. I'm now leaving the ER bleeding through my jeans. Also a nurse threatened my service dog.
I have had nothing but great DR's and nurses at this hospital.. I have had a few surgeries there and had the best treatment you could ask for and I live in New Hampshire..praise to Dr Ameri!! He saved my life twice!! Love him!!!
This is my first and last time in this hospital emergency room the ER nurse was so rude made us sit in the room, no Dr came in. My granddaughter was so sick had pneumonia couldn't breathe.. She didn't like her attitude. How would she feel if she was coughing couldn't breathe for hours .some nurses should not be nurses.. They have no compassion or empathy. They are soooo good with my daughter there! Unfortunately she's had to falls at school in 2 years... 2 years ago she fell off the monkey bars & needed 11 stitches. They did a remarkable job! They brought down the plastic surgeon to do her stitches, it healed incredible! 2 years later (yesterday) she fell off the swings & hurt her arm & needed a splint- the doctor remembered her from 2 years ago! The whole staff was amazing! Especially all the nurses on the pediatric floor! They made us as comfortable as we could be!
I've always had a marvelous experience at this hospital. Very competent and compassionate nurses and doctors. Definitely recommend.
Unfortunately we've been wAiting for over 3 hours without anyone even popping their head in if for nothing else so we don't continue to feel forgotten...
Awful! I got taken in by Ambulance and they stuck me in a room and basically forgot about me. I had a seizure while on the road in a car and I would think that's a serious matter. Didn't see a Doctor till I was present in the room for at least two hours! How is this considered an emergency room??? Completely disgusted!!!!! I hope I never have to end up back here again.
