From X-ray to emergency and being admitted it was fine and clean everybody was pleasant and helpful. B3 NP,nurses, nurses assistants, dietitian and everybody who is in the unappreciated medical field Thank You for doing your job everyday
For me was a pleasure to be there.I arrived pregnant with broken water on 10/15/2016 and I was met by Jayne Anthony who is absolutely amazing person.I would like to thank to Jayne Antony, Karen Lally, especially Dr.Zoe Kiefer from Labor and Delivering. From Mother Baby Unit I would like to thank to Holly Perko, Wendy Ferrick, Kerry Burke, Karen G., Claire and Lisa, they are amazing people and they did a great job for me and my newborn son during our stay.
Surgical staff of Excel orthopedics was accommodating caring and kind. Eased my anxiety,, esp. Ruth.
Moron doctor gave my wife her prescription on the wrong type of paper. So then we had to drive from cvs in Tewksbury all the way back to hospital to correct her mistake. While my wonderful poor wife suffered in pain. Thanks you NitWit what did you get your degree through the mail or in a box of cereal
I was there with my husband monday night 10/24/16 he stepped on a rusty nail. looked infected we got there at about 10:30pm they were great signed us in did that all and we got to our room at 11:02pm then we waited in a room for 1 hour before anyone came in to see us. Why is it that someone can not come in to at least acknowledge that you are there and just say we know you are here it is a little busy right now if you need the bathroom or a drink let me show you were they are. I was admitted Friday evening , not yesterday . Today is Wednesday . It's still a wonderful community hospital , but I'm not thrilled with the idea of having all hospitalists . They are qualified , but are not familiar with your history and most often don't have time to spend with you the patient . The Nursing staff are still wonderful and tend to your needs ........
STAFF was outstanding and on top of my wifes every needs in both icu and then when she was moved to 3rd floor.I want to thank all of you for my wifes SPEEDY Recovery ..You guys are awesome and was a pleasure to meet all of you...THANK YOU!!!
My experience took place yesterday, 10/17/16 in the ER starting at about 7:30 am. My mother was brought there by ambulance from her home as she was in distress. Once I arrived to meet her, the doctor then came in, Dr. Weisz, who was very pleasant and had great bedside manner and gave my mother a very thorough examination . Shortly thereafter, nurse Andrew came in and exhibited the same qualities as the doctor in fact together they made a great team and I liked how they spoke to one another.
