Just so proud of our hospital and its customer service. I had to wait longer than planned for a CT scan today and not only I had a great experience with my test despite waiting, but I also got a little gift certificate for my time waiting! Made my day!
Overcrowded and extremely understaffed................
Maybe you should think about hiring workers that are less rude to PATIENTS they work at a hospital they are there to care for people, someone that is in the hospital for any reason doesn't need a worker to be rude to them on top of it!
When I tried to schedule an appointment, the word that I heard most often was "I don't know"! Come on, I barely wanted to know how long I should plan on taking time off!

I'm lying in bed on the ICU floor at the moment. The nurses on this floor are absolutely amazing. The overnight shift has the most caring/ compassionate nurses I have ever come across. They have helped me by keeping me comfortable, and always making sure I have everything I need. Winchester Hospital is so lucky to have these nurses as part of their staff. Thank you to all of the nurses that have helped me. You all work so hard and deserve appreciation. Amanda
