The Doctors, Nurses, and staff are absolutely the best. They truly care and are willing to go the extra step! I love this hospital!
Winchester was quick and fast to the point about me but sewanee is crap would rather sit there on there phones than give the care you need sit there for 45 minutes in the er bed and no one said or spoke to words about the reason for my visit till my husband came in asking if they planned on doing something tonight and kept asking them the questions they should have asked me just pittifull hadn't even called my obgyn to tell them. Was there for 48 min.
We visited the urgent care in Wilmington because Baldwin Park didn't open until noon. Everyone was kind and caring and professional. My son had an ear infection and was treated promptly and with care. I have never had a bad experience at Winchester hospital or the urgent care clinics.
They were very organized the staff was polite and very helpful
They treated my 85 year old mother so well! I was so impressed with the care and attentiveness. They listened to her and took great care of her.
