We're on vacation in Winchcombe and our daughter fell ill. We received extremely friendly, competent and prompt care both by phone and on-site (at reception and by Dr. Martyn). Thanks a lot to everyone working there!
I had an appointment with Frances she said she would speak to the doctor. By the time I got home I had received a text arranging for an ecg, blood tests and an x ray. 2 days later the gp rang me updating me on blood results. I am so impressed with all the staff at the surgery and want to say a big thank you to Frances for listening and passing on the information to Dr. Crowther and for the help I received from Dr. Crowther. The new computer appointment system dose not work for a lot of people some people don't or use a computer l know you can ring from 7.30 am but there must be so many people trying to get though its engaged all the time and the system shuts down as soon as its full the last attempt the system was shut down at 11.30am my last doctor s took 2min on the phone to get an appointment!!!!!!
Have been seen by a lady doc for a long time she's been helpfull caring and professional and never made me feel like a nuisance can't thank her enough
