I would like to say the treatment my mother got yesterday was not very good in my opinion She was in severe pain and could hardly walk I told her to call the drs Andy spoke with her and told her to take her paracetamol and up her Amitriptyline up and rub cream into her back She’s 84 years old on her own and she couldn’t reach there the pain was He said if it gets worse call 111 Why ??? She should of been seen Instead having to go into hospital at 4 am It’s not good enough

This is a fantastic surgery. We are almost always seen quickly and all of our interactions with the staff has been pleasant and professional

A shout out to nurse Gemma Broad. What a breath of fresh air. How lovely to be seen by someone so warm, caring and who makes you feel as though you’re not an inconvenience. We need more Gemma’s!!

I can not fault any of my care so far at Wincanton Health Centre from the abi melissa or gemma or itu but when I request not to have any involvement with dr murdoch campbell and then get him responding to an askmygp message i dont make my illnesses up

Don't answer their phones and just try to get rid of you. Injured my knee and it affects my job and they won't even look at it
